The award was given during a Life Care ceremony held at the American Medical Directors Association Annual Conference in Phoenix, Arizona. Five other division award winners, a company-wide winner and a Heritage Award winner were also honored.
Flemming joined the team at Life Care Center of South Hill even before the building opened in 2014. He was instrumental in the facility’s development of a clinical mission statement, and he continues to help develop programs that meet patients’ needs. He also provides support to other Life Care centers in the area.
“His positive, approachable attitude demonstrates genuine compassion for our patients,” said Karen Williams, executive director at Life Care Center of South Hill. “He spends countless hours with patients and families, and he sets high standards for himself and the entire team.”
